Long Term Nursing Care
Nursing Care For Those Who Need More
Our culture of caring, deeply rooted in our faith in God, has played a big role in making us what we are today. It enables us to attract and keep dedicated employees seeking a career of meaningful service, in a field that typically has a high replacement rate. In turn, these staff members have profoundly touched residents and their families with their warmth, sensitivity and exceptional care every day.
Circle of Care
Ask anyone who knows us what sets us apart from other senior communities and they’ll tell you – it’s how much we care. Our professional skills are exemplary, of course. We wouldn’t settle for anything less. But our genuine caring is the difference that makes all the difference in the world.
"Thank you for your tender and loving care – nobody could ask for better. I really hope you have room for me if and when I need it." – Family Member
Our Care Team
Members of our core groups meet with family to design a care plan tailored to resident’s needs and tastes. They then review and adjust this plan at regular intervals to ensure the very best in resident-centered care.
Social services staff assist with the many details of transition and offer information, guidance, and counseling.
Activities staff provide a wide variety of plans suited to resident’s unique abilities and interests.
Seniors in need of special daily care, including those with dementia, find a safe and nurturing home and outstanding care here at Church of Christ Care Center.
We believe in resident-centered care that respects each individual’s unique needs and meets them with dignity. Our mission is to make each resident’s life the best it can be.
Here, residents enjoy companionship, excellent food, careful monitoring of health and medication, stimulating activities and around-the-clock care from staff that feels more like family.
Families find peace of mind knowing that their special someone is getting the best of care day and night. And family time can focus on togetherness again instead of the challenges and concerns of full-time care giving.
